Announcing the 2012 – 6^th Grade Field Trip 

Class Trip Date:  Sunday, May 6, 2012 – Wednesday, May 9, 2012 

Location: Skidaway (Savannah, GA)

Travel:  Students will travel to and from Atlanta by one Samson Bus Company coach bus and one Holy Spirit Preparatory School bus.  All travel at Skidaway and Savannah, GA will be by bus, by boat, or on foot. 

Lodging: Lodging accommodations will be for three nights.  Students will occupy dorm rooms at the University of Georgia Marine Education Center and Aquarium.  All male and female rooms will be on separate floors. 

Meals:  Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner will be provided on the field trip. 

Cost:  The final cost for this trip, which includes the transportation and lodging expenses, and daily meals is $295.00 per student. 

• A signed Permission Slip, indicating intent to participate must be submitted by April 8, 2012.  You may either submit the permission slip online at http://www.holyspiritprep.org/skidaway.asp or click here turn it into Mrs. Cruz.  (This is a critical deadline, as we need to communicate this information to The University of Georgia Marine Education Center and Aquarium as soon as possible.)

Chaperones:  Travel and all activities in and around Savannah, GA will be supervised by Holy Spirit faculty and administrators:  Brian Moscona, Linda Anthony, Andrea Cruz, Norm Livermore, Fr. Jason Brooks, Tommy Curtin, Mr. Bob Pelletier, Angela Krupczak (US Student Success Director), Lance Higdon (Dean of Student Life), Jane Sloan (Dean of Student Life), Pete Radosta (Dean of Junior High), and Karen Jimenez (Junior High Science).
