Science Department Philosophy
Humans have constantly been trying to understand the world in which we live. We have made progress. In fact, we have made so much progress that we had to divide our studies of the world into different fields or “sciences”. Accordingly, we see people studying such things as medicine, biology, chemistry, and physics. Of course, those sciences are so complex that they are also divided into subfields. However, in spite of all we have learned, we remain massively ignorant. So very much remains for us to learn and to understand.
