Main House
- One bedroom with a King/Private Bath/Balcony off of the Bedroom
- One bedroom with two Queens/Private Bath/Balcony off the Bedroom
- A bunk bed alcove that will sleep two
- One bedroom with Queen/Bathroom that doubles as the Powder Room/Balcony off the Bedroom

Carriage House 
- Bedroom with Queen/Private Bath
- Pull out Queen Sleeper Sofa

Carriage House also has a kitchen

It is literally a three minute walk to the beach, two minute walk to one of the pools (Rosemary has several), and two minute walk to shops and restaurants.
