Emphasis of the league is to introduce the basic rules, good sportsmanship and skills of soccer for children in 3-year and 4-year old preschool. The league is committed to making sure all players have lots of time with the ball. The one-hour session includes a series of drills and a mini-game. Teams have a maximum of six players each and all teams are co-ed. Games are 3v3 with no goalkeepers. During the mini-games, no scores will be kept and coaches will stay on the field to provide instruction. All practices / games are at 9 a.m. on Saturday mornings and the season is eight weeks long.
