Holy Spirit Preparatory School's History

Established in 1996, Holy Spirit Preparatory School promotes a classical college preparatory program of academic excellence and authentic Catholic faith formation for students in Preschool through High School. Students in Kindergarten through 6th grade are located on a multi-acre, newly refurbished campus at 4820 Long Island Drive. A five minute drive away, the Preschool program is located at 4465 Northside Drive on the lower level of Holy Spirit Catholic Church adjacent to the newly constructed 57,000 sq. ft. cutting edge Upper School campus that opened in fall of 2004.

Combining the finest traditions of Catholic education with those of a classical preparatory school our school offers a dynamic learning environment where students enthusiastically acquire the knowledge and cultivate the skills necessary for leadership in the 21st century.

Moral and spiritual dimensions are integrated throughout all aspects of the curriculum allowing each child to flourish in an atmosphere of encouragement, providing opportunities for academic, spiritual, and emotional growth. Holy Spirit Prep is a community where the individual child develops to his or her fullest potential as a result of the cohesive efforts of the parent, the teacher, and the School.
