ACT NOW FOR GOAL 2011!
As of August 12th, the Department of Revenue had approved $22,091,301 of tax credits under the $50 million cap. (Note that this is more than twice the amount of tax credits approved at this time last year, which was $10.2 million on 8/9/10.) For 2011, $27,908,699 in Qualified Education Expense tax credits remain available. There are hundreds of schools vying for this same pot of money so we need to ACT NOW. In light of the probability of the cap being met this year, we encourage your early participation in 2011. For more information, click here.

IMPORTANCE OF GIVING TO THE ANNUAL FUND
We are wrapping up our year as co-chairs of the Holy Spirit Prep Annual Fund, a role that we have enjoyed in part because our school community has been so generous.

Slightly over 50% of our families have made a gift in support of the Annual Fund this school year. To those of you who have made a gift please accept our most sincere thanks for helping support our great school and its wonderful faculty and staff.

To those of you who have not yet contributed this is our final appeal for this year and we ask you to consider an investment in our school through the Annual Fund. Gifts to the Holy Spirit Prep Annual Fund, both large and small, are used wisely to immediately impact the daily life of our students, faculty and staff, and to support programs and projects that strengthen the Holy Spirit Prep experience.

You can click here to make your gift online now. We need to end the year much closer to 100% participation.
Thank you, Kelly Angelo and Emmie House
