Lower School Basketball - Grades 3-6
For Holy Spirit Preparatory School Students
Basketball season is right around the corner and we are anticipating another successful year. Please think about your commitment and dedication to the team before you register. Students are expected to attend all practices and Saturday games while maintaining their grades.
Who: 3rd-6th grade boys and girls
When: Player Evaluation will be Oct. 3 thru 7. Practices will begin the week of October 10th with games on: November 5, 12, 19, December 3, 10, 17 and Janurary 7, 14, 21, 28. There is a single elimination tournament for grades 5 and 6 which will begin on February 2nd through February 11th. Practices will be twice a week. A detailed practice schedule will shortly follow after the amount of teams has been determined.
Deadline: September 16, 2011. Late entries will not be accepted.
Cost: $160 (Includes a $60.00 uniform fee). Uniforms from the 10-11 season will be accepted upon Coach Reinstein’s approval. Please have the student bring their 10-11 uniform to Coach Reinstein prior to September 16th. The uniforms will need to be inspected in order to waive the uniform fee. The cost will be $100 if last seasons uniform is acceptable.
Coaching Needs: We are still in need of coaches. Please contact Coach Reinstein ASAP if you are interested.
Reminders:
u Parents are responsible for all transportation to and from games. Students should not be left without supervision.
u Students must attend school on Friday in order to play in Saturday's game.
