International Children

I am excited to announce that I will be offering a summer program at the Preschool at Holy Spirit Preparatory School!  The children will learn about other children and the countries in which they live. Each day a new country will be explored…we will be visiting: Kenya, Mexico, China, Ireland, and Germany.  The children will learn about the traditional dress, currency, religions, national flag, unique holidays and a few simple words of the native language. We will also be tasting a sampling of national foods depending on children’s allergies.

Rising PreK-3 through Rising PreK-4: June 16 - 20

Rising PreK-3 through Rising PreK-4: July 14 - 19 

Classes will be held in Room #4:

Monday through Friday, 9:00am-12:30pm

drop-off & pick-up will be in Room #4…please be on time.

* Children must be picked up by 12:40pm or there will be a late fee charged at $1.00 per minute.

The cost is $150.00 per session.

The daily schedule will begin with an introduction to the country-of-the-day and a picture of the country’s flag to color. We will follow a map as a visual for the children to see how far the country is from Atlanta, GA. There will be creative time for the children to build with blocks, play with play dough, paint and draw. And there will be a related story and an art activity.  Snack time (each family will need to provide the child’s own snack, due to allergies) and playground will be a part of the daily routine.

Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. There will be 12 openings for each session. In order to register for summer camp, you will need to complete the attached form and submit payment to Holy Spirit Prep.  Any incomplete forms or forms returned without payment will be placed on a wait list-until completed…please keep in mind that you may loose your spot in class.
