Silent Auction

Please write your full name on the bid sheet followed by your bid amount.  There will be an opening bid, and a raise amount.  If you wish to guarantee winning the item you may circle the guarantee win amount at the bottom of the bid sheet and sign your name.

Before the live auction begins, winners of the Silent Auction will be announced.

 

Live Auction

Raise your hand high so the Auctioneer will be able to see you.  If you are the winning bidder, you will be asked to sign an acknowledgement of the final bid price. 

 

Golden Envelope Drawing

Each Golden Envelope contains a raffle ticket.  The drawing for the winning envelopes will occur at the conclusion of the Live Auction.  You must be present to win.  The first winners will choose from all the items, each subsequent winner will choose from the remaining items.

 

Auction & Golden Envelope Winner Check Out

At the completion of the Live Auction, all Auction item winners, including Silent and Golden Envelope should come to the check out table at the rear of the room to pick up and pay their respective item.  Cash, checks and credit cards will be accepted.
