What time does the Gala start?  Will it matter if I come a little late?
We'll start check in at 6:15pm and the Silent Auction runs from 6:30-7:30pm.  Don't be late or you'll miss the Silent Auction as well as your chance to preview the live auction items.  Dinner will be served at 7:30pm.

Where should I park?
Watch for the HSP Gala signs - the covered parking deck is to your left as you drive in the main entrance.  This covered parking deck has an entrance directly into the ballroom area. 

Do I need to bring any cash? 
YES!!  You'll need $5 cash for parking.  The bar takes cash or credit cards, and you can pay for auction items and Golden Envelopes with cash, check or credit card.  Golden Envelope purchases are quick and easy with cash - $20 each.

Will there be food?
Yes, you'll enjoy a full sit down dinner!  The complete menu is in the program that was sent home with your child earlier this week and on the Gala website under Event Details

Are drinks included?
Your Gala admission includes two drink tickets per person.  After that, a cash/credit bar is available.  One small but important point - the school will be charged $7 for each drink ticket redeemed, regardless of what type of drink is given.  The cash bar prices are $6.75 for mixed drinks, $7.25 for wine, $5 for beer,  $3 for soft drinks and water.  While you are certainly free to use your tickets for whatever type of drink you like, please keep in mind that the Continuing Education Fund will receive the most funds if we only use those tickets for wine or mixed drinks.

Can I find out about the auction items before Saturday night?
The program was sent home with your child earlier this week.  You can also read item descriptions in the auction section of the Gala website.

How do we make our bids in the Live Auction?
Just hold up your program - your bid number will be on the back of your program.

What time does the Gala end?
As they say in Great Britain, "Carriages at midnight!"  (This means you turn into a pumpkin if you stay any longer.)
