After achieving several personal goals in recent years including running 8 half marathons, completing a sprint triathlon and conquering a full marathon, I understand what it takes to set a goal and do the work to achieve it. There is nothing like the feeling you experience when you reach a goal! Earlier this year, I decreased my body fat by 5%. I am interested in helping others to set and achieve their personal health and fitness goals. Specialty areas include improving overall fitness, increasing lean muscle mass/decreasing body fat and functional fitness for our older population.
My current certifications include: American Heart Association CPR, AFAA Personal Fitness Trainer and Operation Boot Camp Certified Boot Camp Instructor.
