Holy Spirit will be participating a blood drive on November 20th from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM.  Sponsored by Alpha Phi, we have been in contact with LifeSouth as part of our outreach to the state of GA. We have the opportunity to truly make a difference as there is a blood shortage in our state.  We need your help!  Donors have to be 17 and older and weigh at least 110 pounds to participate.  With having a limited number of Juniors and Seniors, we will need members of our parent community and faculty to sign up to guarantee the minimum number of donors LifeSouth requires.

Pints collected from our last drive in the May totaled 38.  This is remarkable as each pint collected can save up to four lives!  Please be a role model for our students and encourage those who are eligible to participate as well as volunteering yourself.  Please email me at jarthur@holyspiritprep.org and let me know what time you are available on November 20th to donate.  Alpha Phi members and I will work on the schedule once we have enough to guarantee LifeSouth’s visit.
